I just want to say a big thank you for your service at my home. Todd C. is our service rep and I have had to call on him a couple of times. I cannot tell you how fortunate you are to have a representative like Todd to service your clients. He is always prompt, courteous and, most of all, knowledgeable in his repair orders. You have one fantastic employee in Todd C.! We were so pleased and fortunate to have him as our serviceman. He came to our home to check out our Scotsman Ice Machine and was with us for a few hours to complete this tedious task of getting our machine to work again and he did! His warmth, kindness and attitude were truly genuine. He showed extreme patience and superior technical skills to finish the repair job and now we do have ice! Everything is in working order. Today your three service technicians repaired our wall unit – oven, microwave and warming drawer. They arrived within the appointed time, were technically competent, diligently pursued the problem until found and made the repair. They experienced some difficulty in placing the unit back in the cabinet. Not being satisfied with all parts being flush with the cabinet, they worked until a solution was found. The unit fits perfectly.
