He came to our home to check out our Scotsman Ice Machine and was with us for a few hours to complete this tedious task of getting our machine to work again and he did! Today your three service technicians repaired our wall unit – oven, microwave and warming drawer. They arrived within the appointed time, were technically competent, diligently pursued the problem until found and made the repair. They experienced some difficulty in placing the unit back in the cabinet. Not being satisfied with all parts being flush with the cabinet, they worked until a solution was found. The unit fits perfectly.
