We had a problem with our washing machine at our Palm coast, FL condo. The local service company promised repair, diagnosed by phone, then cancelled on scheduled day (after we called to see where repairman was), as the part had not been received. We traveled 350 miles to meet the repairman, as this condo is a part time location. Real bummer! Then we called HADCO (out of desperation), described the problem and scheduled repair. The technician was there as scheduled and fixed the problem on the spot, having the needed part on the truck. Although the repair was under warranty, they treated us as if we were paying in gold. I spoke to Juanita and she set me up to have a repair person come to check the Sealed System. This was done immediately. This letter is to commend you and your company for incredible service. I want to personally tell you that Juanita was the most helpful person I have spoken to in years. She always called me back and was on top of things from the beginning. In addition, the repair person, Clinton, from Orlando, was more thorough than any repair person in my lifetime!

She has been the most attentive, reliable and responsive person I have worked with in quite some time. I think the most important point I would like to make is that she always called when she said she would. Always. Whether I was leaving a voice mail and requesting a return call, or she was simply following up on our status, she always returned phone calls and did exactly what she said she would do. Amazing. She is excellent.

I received such outstanding service from Hannes, I just had to share it with the world. My glass cooktop broke. Hannes took the time to dig through records, then asked me to take photos of the problem and email them. He emailed me back immediately to tell me he received my info. He called me within 2 days to tell me that he talked to XYZ Company and got them to agree to pay for both parts and labor, and he followed up every step of the way. Thank you Hannes for your kindness, professional service and for following through and getting done what I was unable to do on my own. My family totally appreciates it! Good service not easy to come by – great service even rarer these days. HADCO gave me great service.
