Ingredients
2 cups of cream cheese (softened)
¼ cup of Pine nut basil pesto
1 cup marinated artichoke hearts (rough chopped)
1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sweet pepper
1 sweet medium onion
Olive oil |

Directions
Dice peppers and onions finely and placing into a preheated skillet at medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, blend together and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve on crostini for a perfect finish.
For your crostini you will need to slice a baguette about ¼“ thick. Brush each side with olive oil and toast for 10 minutes per side at 300 degrees. |
