Ingredients
1 round of brie
1 package of puffed pastry
3 tablespoons of your favorite topping |

Directions
Unwrap the brie and put in the center of the pastry dough. Spoon 3 tablespoons of your favorite topping over the brie. Wrap the brie with the dough like you wrap a gift. Convection bake at 325 degrees for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with crostini and fresh fruit.
Jazz up your baked brie with many different flavors from spinach and artichoke to pesto with pine nuts, from sautéed mushrooms and onions to pecans sautéed in butter and brown sugar. This can be kicked up with anything from sweet to spicy. |

There are many options for presentation of the brie. An extra puff pastry can be used to stamp a pattern with your favorite cookie stamp to decorate the top of the brie. Layer stamped out leaves and acorns and top your brie before baking to get a season-appropriate presentation. Or, for Christmas, use your favorite cookie cutters to enhance your brie presentation for holiday entertaining. Be creative. The presentations are endless! |
