Ingredients
1 Rack of Pork Loin Ribs/Baby Back Ribs
3 Tablespoons Montreal/Canadian
Steak Seasoning
2 Beers (One for the Chef) Water |

Directions
Remove skin from the back of the rack, and rub both sides with seasoning mix.
Place racks on a half sheet pan or in a shallow casserole dish, then add your beer and enough water to fill the base of your pan around ½” deep. Cover lightly with aluminum foil and roast slowly in a preheated 270-degree oven for about 2 ½ to 3 hours.
Check about every 30 minutes to see if more liquid is needed. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and allow to cool for one hour in fridge.
Place on grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side, then brush with your favorite barbeque sauce and enjoy! |
