Holiday Simmering Potpourri

 
 

Ingredients

2 lemons
2 limes
1 orange
6-8 cinnamon sticks
whole nutmeg, cracked
2 tbsp whole cloves
1 tbsp whole allspice
4 cups water

 

Directions

Slice fruit into ¼ inch thick slices and add all
other ingredients into a 2-3 quart saucepan and
simmer for up to 4 hours.

Can be refrigerated and reused for up to one week by simply adding more water to pan.
