Ingredients
16 oz sauerkraut drained and pressed dry
1 small onion finely chopped
½ pound corned beef chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 ½ cups sour cream
3 tbls. prepared horseradish
1 ½ cups shredded swiss cheese
Ingredients
1 loaf of pumpernickel
1 loaf of rye |

Directions
Mix sauerkraut, corned beef, and onion together in a food processor and blend until smooth. Place mixture in a bowl and add remaining ingredients, then place in a steamer pan or baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with toast points of your choice (see toast point recipe).
Remove the crusts from the bread with a sharp knive, leaving a square center cut of bread. Then, slice from corner to corner, resulting in triangle shapes.
Place on a parchment covered baking sheet. Toast at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes. |
