Holiday Turkey Gravy

 
 

Ingredients

Pan drippings from roasted turkey
1 cup of chicken broth
1 cup of milk
2 ½ tbls corn starch
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

 

Directions

The secret to gravy is to blend 2 ½ tablespoons of cornstarch with a whisk, into 1 cup of cold milk until there are no lumps.

Blend pan drippings and chicken broth in a pan over medium heat. Slowly whisk in your milk and starch mixture – stirring constantly until desired consistency is reached. Salt and pepper to taste.
